Ive just formatted a friends PC and the numpty forgot to write down his BT Yahoo Anytime connection number. Does anyone have the number you need to dial to get online?

It's bizarre ... I spent 10 minutes searching on the BT site for that and couldn't find it ... 2 seconds with Google and Voila!

I did.

I burnt all his files and also the BT internet connection shortcut.

Keyword in that sentence is : shortcut.

Meh, I often go round to fix someone's pc and last time she asked whether I could back up her copy of Norton...so I ask if she has the disk and turns out her dad usually throws away stuff like that :eek: We have a huge shoebox full of important disks, including ancient stuff like Norton for 95/98 :p
