In all the time I've been working, I've never been with a company that did this. That's why I had to go searching for what Secret Santa was... I've never had any exposure to it in the past. I'm kinda grateful for that as well... I hate sending cards, presents etc to people who I generally don't think deserve them.

It's nothing personal if I don't send you a card. I only send my own mother a card at Xmas because she'd never let me hear the last of it if I didn't. :)
