Just booked ButLan

I just booked my ButLan tickets.

Anyone else going to Butlins ButLan? Oooh im so excited :D The thought of staying in a room instead of camping in sub zero temps is excellent! :D

Check out how many spaces are left. Guess these are going fast! (Don't forget to add the gaming pass if you book)

There we 17 spaces of the standard ones when I book and then afterwards once my order was places 16!

lol i wouldnt believe everything they put on thier website :) i work for a large uk tour operator and we say we have less rooms on our website than we actually have to push sales

hehe maybe. Well it worked for me. I paniced and bought my ticket. At least I know im safe now. :D

i cba to order unless they post a full list of signups, even if they make the sign up system of mp where you wign up, then pay, would be so much better. im surprised theyve sold it tbh, look at the layout of the page, and the language used. Seems to me that there trying to sell it to "families" as in parents with kids, which is not the sort of lan i would like to attend imo. Also, you cant even look at the "get a quote" button thingy crap at 2am, you have to do it from 7am onwards, OR call there centre which is open 9am-9pm...so really, do they turn off there net server booking stuff overnight or something?!?!?!?

Anyway, they arent selling it to the "hardcore gamer" or at least the ones i know, very well, and unless were just weird (very possible) it means there gonna loose out big time, and the few that do go may well end up beign at a lan consisting of them a few mates, and more security guards than participants.
