Unfortunately there is no Skag Civilization in the game, but I'm sure that won't stop you making one yourself dude :)

The Scottish civilisation was going to be put in there, with the "Weegie Bastard" special unit (modern era, power 16, can attack multiple times in a turn, bonus attacking people in cities), but every time they play tested it, discovery of any Wine square brought the civilisation to its knees.
