I once used to buy a few products from zapzyt which cleared acne up like a miracle worker.

It was only avalible from USA and was way to expensive for 2 weeks worths.

Anyone know if online stores sell this in UK?

Or something like it...

If anyone could find out I'd dam kiss ya!

Pure Tea Tree Oil for that extra tingle, or any other T-zone type products :)

Or just mix lots of salt in a little water and rub it all over.

No pain, no gain :)

I used tos uffer real bad acne... Real bad.

I then cleard up alot but now at the age of 22 not sure what I;ve changed in my bodie patturn but it seems to be coming back.

Thats not too far from what my mates dad did to him when he was younger. When my mate was about 14 he had a load of spots on his chin. I saw him one day with a graze on his chin when asking what he did he told me his dad got sick of seeing the spots and held him down and cut the skin from his chin with a knife ... amazingly though once his chin had healed the spots had gone :D

and yes toothpaste does work but some say this sometimes also causes more spots then is worth.


When I was around 14-19 I did have acne not severe but I did have it. One of the items we did find that was causing mine was actually a certain shampoo I was using so always worth checking things like this out. But the biggest thing I do belive has to be diet and imo 'LAN food' is one of the biggest culprets :D

I had terrible acne as a teenager and used to go to school stinking of TCP.

+1 on the tea tree oil, works a treat. :)
