name that nostalgic toy

ok following on from a conversation i had with someone lastnight, there was a toy released in the 80's from tomy(?) it was like screwball scramble but it was big, red and vertical standing, but instead of one ball there were loads behind a screen, the idea was to push this big yellow button at the base to flick, push and move the balls up to the top.

any idea what it was? its doing my nut in :(

I'd get right too the top only for him to grab my ball with his magnetic foot and send me right back down again...
