To whom it may concern

I've played on your server quite a few times now and have had the worst luck with your admins!!!!!!!!!

Through no fault of my own - I keep getting kicked for t/king (for which I'm assuming is the default message because I didn't register 1 t/k) or because some trigger happy admin is having a bad day.

Your server has no rules or messages outlining the rules so - to be banned for nothing shows that your server is not worth playing on when the public gets banned for no apparent reason

If anything - I question the tactics or plays made by teamates in chat but, that hardly seems justifyable (since I didn't use any foul language)

I will keep an eye out for your admins on our server to pass on the same respect they have for the others on your server

Multiplay hosts hundreds of servers, some public some private. To which server are you referring? Most of them are run and administrated by clan leaders and admins... not Multiplay staff. If you were on a clan server, please direct your communication to them, if you were on a Multiplay Public server, please mention which server (and when).

Also, who are you and how are we meant to know what "your" server is?

Hi. Sorry to hear of your experience on our servers. It sounds like you're talking about BF2. All BF2 servers with Multiplay.co.uk in the name are rented clanservers, which we are not involed in the adminning of. The only publics adminned by ourselves are EA UK official servers. You can find a list of all our hosted servers at http://gaming.multiplay.co.uk

It was the Bagged and tagged server but there was no indication to what clan operated it

I can assure you that the server named above is unfortunately not run by the multiplay team of admins, it will be run by a clan. Obv we are unable to tell you who rents the server.

We are sorry that you have had a bad experience, but if you want to play on servers that have a team of admins available in #mpukbf2 please join the EA UK servers.

It is run by the clan BnT, Bagged and Tagged. I believe there is even an address in the loading graphics, http://www.baggedandtagged.co.uk/news.php

I play on their server quite a lot and never had any problems with their admins. I do know that the kicked for tk message is the default message for being kicked for anything it seems, it does that when the server automatically kicks someone to make way for a paying member so i expect all that happened is a paying member joined and the server chose you to be the kicked player, it would have been nothing personal.
