Can'T Kick players with % in their names

I have no clue if this is a BF2cc bug or a MM bug, but I have a player that has % in his name and the server says he was kicked but he's still in the players list and his server time didn't reset, so he his never kicked.

Ban seems to work on these players, but not kick

How are u kicking the player?
When you say the server "says" he's been kicked what do u mean exactly?

Ive noticed this too with BF2CC , ive tried to kick a player and the server will announce to the players on it that said player is being kicked but then nothing happens ,no kick ,not sure about the % in the name ,its happened to be about 3 times in the last week or two

Apparently its a bug in punkbusters kick method used by bf2cc.
