Instant Mash vs Eggy Bread

Ok after seening the eggy bread thread and then living a whole day on it.
I spotted some instant mash in the cuboard, so I got it out and made some mash, I looked at the mash and added this lot:

Butter
2 Dairylea triangle things
Salt
White Pepper
Grated Red Cheese

After mixing all that lot all I can say is WOW!

Now I'm in two minds to which is the best, Eggy Bread or Instant Mash.

And if anyone has some instant mash recipes please post them.

Recipe for Smash Toastie

Requires:

Toastie Maker
Smash
Tomato Sauce
Butter
Random Herbs


Mix smash mixture as par box instructions, add little butter for extra creamyness (optional). Add tomato sauce to smash mixture and add lovely herbs. Butter bread for toastie maker, place bread in toastie maker butter side down. Add smash on top, and TOAST baby.

Once it has been toasted adaquately, remove from toastie maker and allow for 1-2 mins cooling before consuming

Ok take a load of goat cheese mix into mash add salt and pepper make some scrambled eggs add to mixture bit more salt bit of butter then taste.

No, no, no...if you're going to head down the mash potato road, you need proper mashed potato with lashings of butter, not that packet crap.

Even better than that is mashed sprouts. Ok, it probably sounds pretty gross, but mix it with some butter, little bit of salt and pepper and it's really nice. Tastes completely different from whole sprouts for some reason.

I am not a fan of egg at the best of times but I don;t mind a bit of eggy bread...however, proper mash mixed with cheese is divine and should be tried
