NO. NOT FRENCH TOAST. fs. French toast is buttered bread which is then fried.
NOT THE SAME. Do not get French toast and eggy bread confused!!!
Apparently when my mum was a girl, they called it 'Fat Rascals'

I always thought french toast was cooked in an oven to make it hard and crisp, good with paté aswell...
Googling for french toast proves that its done in a frying pan.
So wtf am i thinking of?!?!

Also on a quick note, French Toast does appear to be a valid name for Eggy Bread (its retarded, but valid none the less)

Eggy bread its called round here (west yorkshire) and the recipe does contain milk.
French Toast is the same but generally doesnt contain milk but many places make it with toast. Another dodgy thing is french toast is an American invention so why the hell its called french i dont know.

When mixing eggs, add a teaspoon of lazy garic.
and also add some of that chili sauce which you find in the chinese restaurants which is quite sweet.
