if you want to arrive before your room booker, the room booker needs to phone 08705 20 40 60 option 3.

They can then add your names to the reservation!

You will then be able to take your park pass but not room key.

Check in opens from 9am, the hotel will keep your bags in a store until your room is available, which is 3pm.

ALL Lies. The 3 times I've been, all I've checked in with has been my name. And with the surname Smith, that shouldn't be allowed.

"Yes, I have a reservation in the name of Smith"
"OK, here's your keys"

Doesn't matter how common the name is, if there is only one room in the hotel booked under the name of Smith !?

Well, there's two rooms booked under the name Smith. But it's disturbing that anyone could walk in and say "I have room booked in the name Smith" and they'd probably give out the keys.

But then, it's like if someone lied at Check-in at the i-Series and claimed to be someone else - it would all be sorted when the REAL person turns up.
