Ranked Server Not Ranked

I Can't Get The Clans Server For BF2 To Rank And Yes It Is A Ranked Server To

It Says

Thats When I Change The sv.ranked In The serversettings.con To 1, I've Even Tried Make A New Profile With The Default Template For Conquest (ranked)

The default BF2 ranked profile has the setting

sv.numPlayersNeededToStart 2

I thought it should be 10 !!

All our profiles now say 2 !

Plus our server has gone on a banning mission and has banned 30 people in the last 50 mins !

Trying to fix it

Could someone post the correct 32 RANKED config here please

The ranked server overrides the sv.numPlayersNeededToStart setting anyway, it's irrelevant. Template ranked config:

Everytime I set ranked to 1 it come up red and says setting = 0 was 1 ?
