Can anybody right an idiots guide?

Can anybody create an idiots guide on how to configure bf2cc to work.

I have enabled modmanager, clanforge restarted the server and Im lost as to how to connect to the server using bf2cc. I know Im sounding TIK but there doesnt seem to be any explanation as to ports etc. I got this to run on my non multiplay server but not here.

Our multiplay server ip is 85.236.101.33:16567

so what is the port I put into the new server window?

basically, tell this lame a$$ how to do it noddy fashion...

you have to put your admin port in - NOT the port you use to connect to play on the server. you can find out what it is from clanforge

in default.cfg there is a port and password, tried those and still cant connect.
