Anyone know where i can get a Slot A CPU for needs to be greater than 700MHz

well first there are the basic novatech.co.uk and dabs.com sites, but ive got mine from http://www.overclockers.co.uk
i got the 1ghz garunteed to run at 1150mhz. mine can run at 1288mhz:bandit:
but be prepared to need better cooling if you do take this or a similar route.
if youre not over clocking then just go to one of the basic sites, delivery charges are expensive from the overclocking place;)

just realised you said "SLOT A" rather than "socket"
ok, forget everything i said :p
Slot As seem to be a rare thing to buy new thats for sure

I did originally suggest getting a convertor, but so far ive only seen them for Celeron Socket into Slot motherboards.

If anyone out there knows if they work with p3`s let me know please.

Ross.. you can get PIII Slocket convertors... MSI do them but ensure you get the right ones. (with the voltage regs on it.)

As for a Slocket-A convertor ??

Ive not seen one.
