ranked servers

Daft question probably as I cant see the answer anywhere, is ModManager/bf2cc ok on ranked servers or does it demote them to unranked status plz?

Can I get some documentation on that?? My host says we cant have it because it's not. Our server is so full ALL THE TIME, if an admin isnt on our members are screwed.
