We has an admin ban some guys yesterday, but today the banlist is empty. (server 5090 on opt46)

Are the bans done using Clanforge not permanant, or would someone have to have gone and deleted them? If so how do we find out which admin (apart form asking them all!).

thanks.

So it this saying it's a BF2 bug or a Clanforge bug? thanks.

Its neither. It is a design flaw of the server code.

The game programmers know full well that companies like ourselves will run multiple instances of the same server on the same machine. The fact that then then fail to provide a mechanism for individual ban lists for all those server instances is nothing short of a cockup on their part.

All the game instances on one server use the same banlist.con? So you reset them periodically? Maybe clanforge could write to pbbans instead?

No one server overwrites the other servers banlist.con hence bans get lost.

That is really quite horrible. Is it the same in Windows as well as linux?
