BF2 Server 'Announce' texts?

Hello, Can any of you chaps kindly tell me / point me at how we can configure server announcement messages? ie configure certains texts to appear every x minutes etc?

Had a quick google without success. This is ESP needed as folk keep asking what the port is in game as not on a standard one...... (Multiplay Clanserver...)

At the moment i dont think you can,have to wait for modmanager.

Why would people be asking for the port ingame if they are already in the game?

This can already be found in game. Press Tab to bring up the scores, right click to select mouse, then drop down the server bar/menu thing at the top left.

As far as i know that procedure only shows the IP to the server. For some strange reason it does not show the port which makes it totally useless for joining the majority of servers.
