a K6 3 450
and a socket 7 MOBO previously used for the K6 3

around £50 for the k63 processor and mobo would be nice
and £40 for the Duron
Any offers?

Ok, as i said, i might change my mind on what i can and cant sell. I can sell the duron but not the mobo and chip. Sorry. But instead i am willing to sell my voodoo 3 3000 graphics card instead bidding starts at £30.

Jase, do you still want the duron 700? you can get the 750 for £52.87 from http://www.dabs.com. (free delivery). I just wanted to make sure you were aware of this.

Thats a better deal than si13's (of 61.69 inc vat and delivery);)

i have my old computer (a k63 450 with a voodoo 3), which I leave at my mates place making a 2 comp back to back swaped cable network for games.

I have my newer comp at home which has a geforce 2 ultra and a kt7 raid. I wanted to stick in a 1.2ghz K7 but at the time it cost over £300 so i got a 700 duron just so that i could make use of the new mobo and get the best out of the graphics card.

Now that the 1.2ghz has come down in price ive bought it and can sell the duron...

my options were to; either sell the old mobo and chip and put the money towards a new socket A mobo, to use with the duron 700 in the old comp thus upgrading the comp by its chip and mobo....

OR

Sell the duron and put the money towards buying a geforce 2 mx to put in the old comp. It has only just occured to me that i can also sell the voodoo 3 to also get money towards getting the gforce2 mx--- a much cheaper option.
Thus upgrading the computer by its graphics card.

I hope you can make sense of this :)
