config problem for bf2 server

Hello, i've searched on the forum for similar posts and read the settings thing in the sticky by killing, and looked through the clanforge help section, however...

I can't seem to get the server to accept my config changes. I go to the profile i want, click edit, select config on the top menu, select serversettings.con and then edit the text that appears in the box,

for example:

sv.tkPunishEnabled 0
sv.tkNumPunishToKick 5
sv.tkPunishByDefault 0
sv.votingEnabled 0

then i click save, then i go back to the server, stop it, load the profile, start it, but it just keeps the same settings it had before. However, it allows the settings in the "Basic" tab, ie if i change any of the things on there then they are changed when i load up the profile, but i want more detailed changes than the limited amount in there, so what am i doing wrong?

also, i assume we can't change the name of our ventrilo channel as i've made a profile but it doesn't load, only restarts the default one for it.

Are you loading the edit config?

You need to got Clanforge -> Servers-> Edit and then select the profile you want to use.

yeah, but i'm not editing everything in it, am i supposed to edit all of it or will it just save what i change, overriding the rest with the "basic" setup?

You can change as little or as much as you like and save to the profile you've edited.

what would happen if i changed that to 1?
