Adding clanmembers to ClanForge

I'm trying to give my admins access to ClanForge by using the ACCOUNT/USERS section, but it is asking me to give their username as well as their first name and surname that they used to register.

Trouble is they didn't give their name when they registered so they only have a username!

Get them to register again properly or edit their current registration details.

When they create a Multiplay.co.uk account, they will have had to give a name and a surname, even if it wasn't their real name. This is what you need to add.

You might be thinking of a Forum Account which is different to a Multiplay.co.uk account. You need to go to http://www.multiplay.co.uk/newuser.asp to create a Multiplay account.
