what programs do people use for editing video clips, i'm looking fo an all round program and wondered what people use.

movie maker or imovie, we use crap programs at school :p

Premiere's nice, but only used it once, depends what you need really, move maker's really simple, but it's fine if you just need to shove a few clips together, imovie is slightly more advanced in that you can do a bit more stuff, premiere's got LOADS of stuff :p

final cut pro is the best I've used, only for macs though.

closest for pc is premiere, near identical from the quick look i had at it

edit : really should pay attention to dates when I'm randomly browsing ^^;;

will be using final cut pro and soundtrack pro for sound as of monday/tuesday :D
