Are there other games like Planetarion, that are free? I know of Astronet.thanks for ur time.

fact is they dont have many games but a few like gta,gta london,gta2,spec ops etc etc all free and not ilgeal.

If you've played Planetarion for a while and visit the PA forums a bit, you should have heard of Empire Quest (www.empirequest.com) Both of these games are good and bad in their own way.
The obvious choice from here is Utopia (http://games.eesite.com/utopia) and Earth 2025 (www.solarianet.com/earth)
Also, one that doesn't get found much by planetarion-like seekers is BattleScope (www.battlescope.com). It's not as good as Planetarion, but try it out.
And finally, more of a military than space based, but also good is Mech Wars (www.mechwars.com)

There are probably more out there. Go to Yahoo, search for Planetarion and click on the catagory it's found in. There should be a few above to keep you entertained for a few months though :p
