he swapped hdds for 200Gb hdds with 80 games instaled on them, and sold em!

It's total scare mongering, the title of the article should be "Man arrested for selling pirated games on modified xbox"

No mention of the fact that he was selling the xboxes with 80 illegal games, just the fact that he had chipped it.
