Just watch out for the forest fires...

Watched them on the hills in Corsica (35 degrees so there :p) as the canardeirs were dropping water on them. V. Impressive, but a bit scary if you got caught in the wrong place.

The only fires we'll be seeing are the kind you get in your mouth after downing a little shot of 'blue' (aka vodka, bols blue, banana liqueur and gin)

We're in La Zenia which is just south of Torrevieja which is indeed on the Costa Blanca.

my nan has a house in Torrevieja.. and she doesnt use it at all in the summer as she thinks its too hot even with the air con she had installed..


still not been there! she keeps telling me to go on a free holiday.. i just never fancied it.. i only get 21 days of a year and like to use them wisly! what with skiing in the winter a few nice city breaks that only leaves me with a couple of weeks..

off to greece on sunday, have a priate villa backing onto the sea with a boat to explore the islands! much better

hello from spain. hope you all have nice hangovers, i just happen to be the lucky barman to be serving them alcohol hehe, and plying them with some shooters mainly aftershock based ones haha. hope you had gud holiday and come back for more drunken nights. :)
