Bah parking ticket

parked up in one of those disk zones, 2 hour parking spots for the best part of 45 mins, set the parking disk to what i could have swore was the right time
(i checked what the time before i left the place i was at but got it an hour out)

and now i have to pay 25 ****ing quid :(

is there anyway to get out of this :( only been driving for 2 bloody weeks

I take it by parking disk you mean you paid to park there, in which case whiteknights comments are a tad harsh. If you genuinly think you didn't make a mistake yes contest it. Many wardens will tag you even if you're breaking no rules, a high percentage of people cant be arsed to contest these as they usually involve writing a letter.

If you did make an error though suck it up and welcome to the world of driving... ;)
