You can stll join jonny foreigners district manually, it just auto seperates folk.

Besides if those well spoken germans have english selected as their interface language they'll still be put in the english districts first.

Heard of quite a few non native english people doing that.

Unless they dont have thier own language, hence you get Dutch, Finnish and Norwegians etc in the English speaking distrcits as well.

Which is fine by me, as most of them can type better english than english people can :)
