Airsofting down south

i will be trying to arrange a day out Airsofting at my local arena (combatsouth woodland (http://www.combatsouth.co.uk/csw/index.php)).
i will be trying to arrange it for the 31/07/05. For this date will allow us the whole site to are self’s (Private Party).
all pricing is on there site, but i will also be talking to the owner to see if i can get a deal of some sort.
but for now i would just like to see how many people would be interested.

what are the site limits (single shot and auto) and will they allow our own equipment on a private day?

how bout our own pyros? do they allow mil-sim smokes?

we should be able to use are own stuff.
people do use there own pyros there but they have to be checked by the site owner. will find out more about pyros when i go this weekend hopefully.

if you have anymore Question's or if anyone else has any please let me now as ASAP.

by single shot/auto i meant for site fps limits as i run a variety of sniper rifles at around the 380fps mark. this includes both single shot bolt actions and a couple of aegs (PSG-1 and a converted M16 gearbox based one).

must put my order in for some spares to get my pistols up and running again.

What are the fps on pistols, AEG;s, bolt action and semi auto sniper rifles.

Hi Marc

OK for a Corporate/Private Day you'll need 24 players at £45/player, if
you exceed that number then any players over and above 24 with their own
equipment can play for £17/head.

FPS is 328 + 10%

You can use any Enola Gaye, Dangerzone or Spectrum pyrotechnics.

No maximum number of players.

please check your facts cabe.

absolute limit for all airsoft guns before entering the gray area of whether to classify as a license required firearm is actually 1.35 - 1.37J. This allows up to about 380fps with a 0.2g BB.

Most sites adhere to the 1J limit as it is easier to stay a longer way this side of the line that right on it.

There was a lot of discussion on assorted airsoft forums about it last year.


Lord Grim - That except is true. Currently the proposed VCR bill will make it illegal to buy, sell or import any airsoft guns. Thankfully we can keep our current kit and still skirmish but it will strangle the hobby as no new players can join.

We are hoping for exemtions or clarrification on what the bill proposes.

i have not added anyone form this thead to the confermed list as of yet, as i wanted to get the full 24 min limit befor i drag people from all over the place.
but know the 24 limit is only 1 one ("cabe" "cough") i will be add anyone from this thread to the confermed list if they let me know.

as ShadowMan said this bill will strange are hobby. but i do know that most of the site owns and resalers had a meeting this weekend about this. i will post more about that when i know more.
but at the moment all we can do is go to are local MP and vioce are Opinions
