Just so you all know, after a mere 23 weeks in hospital Zakwee will be discharged on Friday June 3rd - Rar!
He's back on his feet and getting more fit and healthy as time goes by.
On Zak's behalf, thanks to all for your comments, thoughts and prayers.

Thanks again all, now back online at home so should make a better contribution. Pretty much fully healed (still nasty short hair though :) so I'm now exercising to get fitter - theoretically I'm already quite fit but really I need the muscles back.
Just fyi, when I fell over I weighed 14.2 stone and when I woke up propoerly this had dropped to 11.9 stone in about 1 month. Now I'm back up to 12.5 stone but won't hit 13 stone for a while.
Still, chunky should be ok...
Great to see you back Zak
So basically, you did look like Doc, but now the babyfat is back? ;p

If by that you mean less babyfat than you? Then yes it's kind of back (c 1-2 KG max) cut going down via exercise...

We'll get you back on the patent pending BFC pie & beer diet. That'll soon sort you out. :)
Alternatively, moving to london seems to inevitably involve getting heavier, I've been pilling on the pounds ever since arriving. I think the gravity must be stronger round here or something...

Well, whatever. It certainly in no way has anything to do with the vast increase in my beer and junk food intake... :p

Damn all you usefully heavier men! I will have to work on it to return to the winning weight of c. 15 stone...

I demand you utilise your toned frame in the football arena :) Not that I only want you for your body, you understand, but... :D
Oh yeah Zak, I forgot about that. Once your physio gives you the go-ahead for physical activity and fights after 9 pints, you will be drafted into the staff football team :)
