NFSU2: Level3 stuff

I've completed NFSU2 (done all races). I've not unlocked all the level 3 equipment. I think I've got all the shops.

Here's a list of what I've yet to unlock:

(All Level 3)
Transmission
NoS
Tires
Brakes
Weight Reduction
Turbo

Wide body kits.

you need to find more shops

keep looking, or google for the map to them all.

winning outrun races will unlock more ****

I've done a load and I've not unlocked anything. I did once get a unique engine. Not sure how I achieved that though. I've found all the shops which seems to unlock most things.

do outruns, do lots of outruns

you have to win outruns to win the unique for that zone, if you move onto zone 2 but didnt collect the zone 1 unique, then you've lost it
