is there an easy software solution to doing this
the guy has 2 computers, one of which is connected to the internet via a usb modem the other connect via LAN to that computer ans shares the internet.
what he wants to do i limit the internet bandwidth to the 2nd computer but not affect the lan
Is it possible??
