As my hand-drawn arty skills suck, i need someone who can draw to do this for me.

I am after a single cartoon-style image of a specific animal in a specific pose, with a couple of other items.

I will supply specific details if there is any interest, but for now I just looking for people who can draw "fluffy" cartoon animals.

Any examples would be ideal.

There MAY be some £ in this too, if its good enough.

Failing that, a couple of pints at the next i-event.

Cheers people.

PS: Its a logo design for a product, but i dont want to give too much detail away at this point as its still in development.

what animal. I mean I can draw a fairly mean snake but I am hopless at bunnies.

How many "fluffy" snakes have you seen ?

Think "bunny", "squirrel" etc...

WhiteKnight

It doesnt need to be done ON the pc..

Hand drawn and scanned will do the job (it can be touched up later if required).

Gunsmith

in that case then its much easier on me.

ill do it tonight for you after what we discussed in irc

uit has been an actual decade since I put pencil to paper. First time I tried my hand at computer colouring/shading.

Well I liked it anyway.

Cabe wins.

WhiteKnight
17th April 2005, 23:43
Of the supplied entries (all two of them) cabe does indeed win, however its not "quite" what i`m after.

If anyone else with cartoony talent would like to have ago that would be great.

I think you need to supply a bit more information in order for people to get it right :s

WhiteKnight
18th April 2005, 01:02
And i will if people ask directly, but they havent.

All you need to know atm is that its gotta be a cartoon fluffy animal like a squirrel, ferret, etc...

Draw a half decent example, and i`ll contact you if i think you are capable of what i require.

As i said. There "may" be a financial reward for this, however the amount depends on the result of the final project.

I think you should use Cabe.

Yeh cabe's was good - it did remind me of Animals of Farthing Wood tho which may cause some issues perhaps? :o

WhiteKnight
18th April 2005, 11:40
I always use cabe... he`s very absorbant.. :)

Anyway, like i said, his doodle is very good, just not "quite" what i was looking for, so if anyone else would like to do a doodle that would be grand.

This is the sort of "style" that i`m looking for.

http://www.0wn4ge.co.uk/gallery/toon-animal.jpg

If somone could redraw that or somthing similar at a higher resolution, in colour (and add some extra bits that i require) that would be perfect.
