Finally I got round to an introduction

Thought I'd better introduce myself.

My name is Rich, I'm 30 (about to turn 31) and I live in Stafford.

The only experience of online gaming is with Civilisation. Even then I have only done it a couple of times. :)

I have only really played Civilisation. I have played the first incarnation of Doom and Duke Nukem, then Duke Nukem Forever.

I've played UT not the latest though, with all the cheats on because I'm rubbish. Not played it online. :D

My hand and eye co-ordination is very suspect. :)

UT is great. UT2k4 (latest one) is much better for newbies.

Best way to learn quick is by playing CTF Instagib.

Play against a load of bots with auto adjust skill first and practise strafing and shooting at shame time then add walking into the mix.

Then when you feel confident enougth have a go online.
