Is this software aloud or will it jepodise my account. In there license agreement they talk about use of third party programs and can/will cease accounts, but so may people use this so whats the deal?

Ahh looking around the blizzard site it looks like the interface is just XML documents? so the cosmos isnt really a third party tool it just a wow specific xml creator?
