Until further notice, do not send items to Stockpile that are GRAY. There is no point to those items. New rules also set that items staying more than 2 days will be sold to save for the Tabard. All items that were in Stockpile have been 'Returned', apart from items where the mail wasn't send with the right subject.
We can't all be on at the same time. So, in that light, there is now a character called Stockpile in the guild.
Mail him ANYTHING you think someone else might want (weapons, plans, herbs, rocks, potions... ANYTHING!). This is for drops that aren't soulbound on pickup that you can't use, or don't want, and no one who is online can use.
Note: Remember that there are two different types of 'Soul bound' items: On pickup and On Equip. With On pickup you can't send them to anyone, you can only sell at a trader. With On Equip, you can send the item provided you've never worn/equipped the item. Make sure you check wether you really want something BEFORE you equip it! Use thottbot to see if the item actually suits your character. For example, although my character (Joolz, Rogue) can use Maces and Swords, he can do Backstab only with a dagger... and as Backstab is such an excellent power I always equip daggers and therefore don't generally need Maces and Swords.
I will then post every day at 6pm with a list of all the items that Stockpile has.
If you want it, post on the forums (or /t Joolz in game) and Stockpile will e-mail items out at 7pm.
Items that stay for 2 days will be either sold (so that Stockpile can save up some postage money) or, for valuable items, returned to sender.
Save postage when you can! Stockpile can meet you by the bank in Thunderbluff so that you can get items instantly. This is guaranteed at 7pm every day, or at any time that I can actually leave my main char to log in as Stockpile.
It would be very helpful if you can send a couple of silver each to Stockpile so that he has some postage money to use to send things... if he has no money, he can't post much :P
First post of 'stuff' will appear 6pm on Friday! I will also update this post with a 'Top 10' of people that send the most stuff and a full league of sent items will be kept.
