Simple list of quest reward daggers for low levels (10-20). Mostly for any rogues we have.

Hidden Enemies (elite) Neeru Fireblade Origrimmar 16 9-18, 9dps
The Deathstalkers Rogue Trainer Undercity 11 9-18, 6.7dps
Encroachment, Dark Storms, Margoz, Skull Rock Razor Hill 10 6-12, 6dps
Supervisor Fizsprocket Morin Cloudstalker Bloodhoof 10 6-13, 6.3dps
The Deathstalkers one is a fairly easy quest that anyone should be able to do, only one mob of level 13 to be killed.
The Razor hill one lists the quests you have to do before getting the dagger (Skull rock is the quest that gives it).
At level 18, you can get someone to make you 1 or 2 Pearl Handled Daggers, 13-26, 11dps. You'll need to acquire 2xSmall Lustrous Pearl's though first, the rest of it is easy.
After this, there's a huge gap in rewards until the high 30's in Arathi Highlands.
