OMG I Purchased WoW!

In a 'shock and awe' moment... I picked up my copy of WoW yesterday.

After x (large number) hours of play i'm now up to Level 11 and the game is starting to become enjoyable.

Have to say tho... the first 8/9 levels were more like a single player game. Its alright that everyone says 'well group up then'. However, finding a group amongst all the people the played the Beta (and consequently turn their noses up at you) is quite difficult.

It's well worth soloing for the first 10 levels or so.. the quests are generally given on the basis you'll be soloing. I also find the XP comes quicker when on your own - depending on class, ofc.

Hit level 15 tonight, some of the guys in my guild are level 26+ :eek:

u get any free time out of the box? really dont know if I'll play it much atm, due to the fact I;m stuck on isdn for another 2 months - wouldnt mind getting a taster for the game now tho!!

Also the game is written to work on 56K... so ISDN should be no issue at all.

Hit level 11..nearly due to go off my starter island well no quests left nearly...but want to lvl as much as I can there as other places from what I hear is mob camping a bit.
