If you are wondering who Obsidian Entertainment are, having read this review of knights of the old republic 2 (http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/star-wars-knights-of-the-old-republic-2/585574p1.html) it seems they are a bunch of bioware employees who have taken off on thier own, lets hope they can keep up the tradition of great rpg games

Fantastic. NWN was a superb gaming system, and a pretty good game. Lovely engine, let's hope the sequel lives up to it.

In a nutshell, the number before the d is the number of dice, and the number after the d is the number of sides on each dice.

Therefore 2d6 is equivalent to saying 2-12, and 3d8 is like saying 3-24.

The June 9 2006 date is looking a little more certain now, with play.com and game.uk.com both listing it on this date and available for pre order.

There is a trailer on the site too : http://www.atari.com/nwn2/index.php
