Lag issue @ multiplay.co.uk server (CoD)

On all the Multiplay.co.uk server, I ping...
the ping is always above 400,
I think it's odd, all the people in the server just have normal pings and on other servers I get around 40 or so...

I seems to be a problem with me and the multiplay.co.uk servers

Please help me fix this:(

Firstly, direct yourself to here.

Altho web responses may be slow.
Your best bet is to go onto Irc, Quakenet, and into channel #MPUKhosting then bug any admins who will listen ;)

Sounds like some suspicious routing to me:

Download WinMTR - http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/winmtr_bin.zip

Set the host as your server's IP address, continue to play with this running the in background for at least 20minutes.

Then click the Copy to Text button and reply with the results.

It seemed to be X-fire,
when I turn it off, I don't have probs anymore :S
