Be funny if his copy doesnot turn up
As he hasnot recieved it yet.

People were paying £60 for beta keys on ebay, even when it was open beta. Some people have more money than sense.

I reckon quite a few of those ebay buyers thought they were getting the full game... some of the beta-key auctions were very 'carefully' worded so as not to be 100% clear what you were getting!

Blizzard can and will cancel the accounts if they find out. It's one of the terms of the agreement when you install the game.

Probably something to do with cd keys

Surely the account info would be known only to the buyer and the seller? And let's be honest, neither one is going to own up to Blizzard.

Just to let you know, Steeds and Mounts can't be sold - they bind to you when bought....

But my mate sold his US account - level 60 rogue, loads of epic gear, including an epic mount and got $900 for it :D

And yes, it's almost impossible if you're careful for Blizzard to find out who's selling accounts - especially as you can log in from (virtually) anywhere in the world to your account.....

yeah the only thing can that sold is accounts, due to anything else that is of high value becomes soul bound.

Tbh, that probably wont stop anyone 'selling' them... The seller will just take the money and run...

There are some real idiots on Ebay remember :)
