Which hotel?

Ok, to add to the gross efficiency we seem to be having here, i`ll include a poll for which hotel most people are intending to stay at.

Given that last time 90% of us were in the main AT hotel every night for much merryment, i can only sugest that everyone go for that to save the long (and potentially soggy) trek outside as they close the internal walkway after 11pm :/ .

So, make your votes count people.

is it really worth the extra THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of pounds to stay in AT hotel to avoid walking along the walkway?

If i recall its not THAT much differnt... maybe a £100 on the top of the TOTAL price of the room..

Feel free to check the actual prices tho.

However, you do get EVERYTHING you get in the other hotel.

Thats creek passes, park passes, and all the other goodies.

No actual price difference for standard rooms. Splash Landings is better for Cariba Creek and Monorail access. Alton Towers hotel is better for nightlife and the woodland walk to the towers.

Splash landings all the way! - the convenience of being able to get back from the park - get in your swimming cossie and walk down to the pool in a towel was great! - and do the pirate jig in the lift on the way down hehe.

yes i seem to remember that incident... then again it may have happened more than once, you just can't help but jig to the tune.... however the looks you get when the lift doors open are encouraging enough to do it every time ;)

AT Lift has weird time machine styleeee music and flashing lights....

but im voting SL hotel. just because. also for better food and evening social we can move accross to the AT hotel. and i have NEVER seen the walkway closed.

It was closed the night that Dickie was in the AT hotel. Lucifa had to shove me back to my room and it was MILES.

But SL > AT anyday, due to Pos' reason - go to pool via jigging lift in a swimsuit and towel ;)

Even if the walkway is closed, its not exactly the longest walk, you only have to go out the front and follow the road for about a minute.

hmm i do remember stumbling back to SL from the AT hotel at twat am after we got kicked out of the bar - was i with you mandy i cant remember? or was that when you got off your face on the blue shiz we started drinking in copious amounts?
I cant for the life of me remember who i was with :o thats bad... but yeah it was far - and it was a tad cold but that wasnt too much of an issues as we were all **** faced tbh
