Deep in the Multiplay UK Caverns we have had an idea to start selling official Multiplay UK Merchandise and I have been given the task of some PR and finding out what you the customer want and how much you would pay. So far we have ideas for these products:
Mouse Matts - Everglide pads
T-Shirts
Caps
Badges for PC's
Blow up dolls that repeat "Take me Fury Styleee!" (ok maybe not)
Mugs
Posters
Anything else you can think of would be appreciated, we plan to sell these items via our website and at the events but we need to get a rough number on how many people are intreseted in purchasing such items. Please reply to this thread and let us know your thoughts.
Thanks

I would go for the mouse mats, PC badges, mugs, pint glass,(T:)P idea!) beer mats, any other drinking-related merchandise, and I would deffo go for a t-shirt if - It actually fitted me
- It had a sminkee logo (summat like the logo on these forums is good - job for you and your design skillz Ren?)
- It had "STAFF" (or alternatively "STRYCH 0WNZ J00") across it in big letters on the back.
Just been looking at this webby - http://www.promotional-merchandise.org.uk and I think some of it would be great - Stressballs for the losing CS clans perhaps? (they even do vibrating ones! ) Bags to lug round your kit in? Mebee some bugs? (those little furry things you stick on stuff) The Offical BugAlugs Bugs :p Some nice MPUK socks? (I know I'd go for some socks) Or watches? Personlised sweeties? :D And for those really hardened gamers, the Multiplay temporary tattoo? Or maybe you even fancy some "promotional paperclips"?
And yes, they DO do inflatables.
Go have a look for yourself, and see what you think would look good with [MPUK] plastered all over it :D

Caps would get my vote, so long as they are a decent design. By deisgn I'm not talking about the Multiplay logo bit, I mean the actual basic cap. I hate those cheap nylon types with the foam front, don't you dare use those!

I think that you could do rip off FCUK T-shirts with things like
Beneath this T-shirt I am naked
MPUK
Ah MPUK the establishment.
etc.
Also definitely little fluffy bunny rabbit ears for monitors coz they r0ck. (ooh how l33t I used some numbers </sarcasm> )

I think those swirly things would be good. We had loads of greens ones at I5. They're little 90 degree tubes of plastic that clip togther and are great fun. How about stress skulls like the one promoting Deathtrap dungeon. :)
Err all the previous freebies we've got to promote other people stuff, but with "multiplay - we'll mess you up !" on them !! :) or a cool Multiplay motto.

Thank you oh Dark Mistress. You could do souvenirs of Hebe's whip, for all those naughty people that share at i-events. Souvenirs like a scar across the ear or a permanent rope burn on the back. :)

Try the near 200k image-containing post got deleted coz it will detract from the actual intention of this thread... for decent feedback about the possibility of MPUK doing merchandise.
