i think i recognise this bein unicode but i cant be too sure..

does it decrypt in irc and paste a funny message or does it hax it up in some way

Don't have mIRC to double check, but if it's the same as another one I saw recently, it writes and loads a script that messages someone as soon as they say something with the letter S in it with exactly the same string, then puts them on ignore so they can't tell you you have the virus. It's pretty stupid, and you really really really should have more sense than to fall for it.
