Since it is named after Linus Torvald who pronounced his name Lyn-us NOT lie-nus I guess that it must be lyn-ux. :)

lih-nux I guess, but only because that's how my dad pronounces it, otherwise I would be calling it lie-nux, so meh

Like the name, Suzy (soo zee).
I think that came via somebody at work who spoke to a SuSE person, so I'd imagine them to know.
A few others: Tiscali - its short, i.e Tizcalli, not Tiscarlee.
Hauppauge - Hop Hog (yes really)
Postgresql - pretty much like its spelled, post gres ku el.
I had a teacher who was hellbent on pronouncing ASCII as 'Ashee'. I've heard that before, but its 99.9% more likely to be 'Askee', like them who make wafers :).
