Im a complete noob at this and thought you all could help:
Ya know when you see those adverts on TV saying text 8XXXX and they will reply with a ring tone or game and that text costs like £1.50. What is that using? What kinda service provider and how would I get in touch with one?
Also a WAP site, how would you build one, how would you make it live for phones to pick up and when a mobile phone wants to download something from your site - again, how would this be done? Or will heavy costs be incurred at either end?
