Sharing with Me and Mate who both play computer games we are both at Kingston Uni.

Services Bus stop 10 yards away going into kingston or putney every 10mins (its also night service)

20mins walk from Train station (which has no barriors if you needed to know) Train is 25mins from waterloo.

Its a first floor flat.

Just a quick point to note.. Your students? are you not paying council tax?. If you take on someone who is not a student I believe (and you will have to check) you become liable for council tax. Just something you might want to confirm before taking an fully employed person...

You get a 25% discount if the majority are students (at least it was in my day!)

We did get council tax stuff through, i rang them up and they said they needed certificats from the uni, rang uni dont do them till later in the year, rang council back said fine, i will sort it. no problems since

I would like to recommend Kingston to anyone as a lovely area. Good nightlife and great shoppping, very pretty, nice river etc etc.

If I didn't already live 15 minutes down the road, I'd move there.

Kingstons got all your highstreet shops plus a massive John Lewis store, Habitat, Bentals Centre and lots of other little shops.
