I used to read so many that I have a page on my intranet just for the webcomics I read. Ones I now read regularly are:

Megatokyo (http://www.megatokyo.com).
Penny Arcade (http://www.penny-arcade.com).
Loserz (http://loserz.scribblekid.org) - Can be funny at times.
Go Girly (http://go-girly.com) - Appeals to my "utterly random funny" humour side.

Other suggestions from me:

RPG World (http://www.rpgworldcomic.com) - Based on Final Fantasy games, namely 7.
8-bit Theater (http://www.nuklearpower.com) - Based on the 8bit Final Fantasy games, very funny.
Mac Hall (http://www.machall.com) - Good art.

Penny Arcade and VG Cats.

Used to read little gamers but it became tiresome. The NES is a great character though.

since I got rid of Weebl's Webcomics App, ive only read Penny Arcade and Ctrl-Alt-Del...

all the rest just aren't funny to me anymore :(

altho I do read Dilbert or Calvin & Hobbes occasionally, particularly if I am in search of a quote and I dont have my books to hand (I bet I own more Calvin & Hobbes books than all of you :D)

megatokyo, ctrl alt del, sexy losers, reasons why we rule, and since being coerced into reading it by Hitori, cute wendy.

Also, because I get bored waiting for comics I tend to read, then wait a few months, then read the ones I've missed etc.. :p:

VG Cats, Penny Arcade, Ctrl-Alt-Del (although CAD is going downhill faster than a fast downhilly thing on speed).

Some of the above (although consistent funniness escapes all gaming comics except Penny Arcade).

goats.com -- extremely surreal (and good t-shirts)
asofterworld.com -- weekly photo-comic nastiness
achewood.com -- redneck dogs

In addition to those already mentioned, I'll add It's Walky! (http://www.itswalky.com) Although the storyline itself is now over, its an actual complete, 4 year long, daily update storyline. Hit those archives! :)

Can't really fault PA with gems such as

this (http://www.penny-arcade.com/view.php3?date=2003-01-22&res=l)
and this (http://www.penny-arcade.com/view.php3?date=2004-03-03)
and the really rather rude one I can't find the link to :)

Can't believe no-one has brought up Real Life! Great read, especially if you're a Final Fantasy XI crazed nerd, hellbent on taking over the world using improbable technology (and possible some cloning as well)

Read it here (http://www.reallifecomics.com/)
