You do realise they've been advertising the final beta the past month or so on the european wow website, pre-ordering from gameplay or game guarantees you access to it

Yes, but they havenot started to ship the beta keys yet. Mine has been on order for a while.

im in the same boat as u jobabob.

i ordered wow + the pre beta kit a week or so ago from gameplay. All i've heard since is a confirmation e-mail or my order.

but i found this on the offical wow forum:

1) They have not received the pre-order kits from 'their supplier'.
2) They have chased 'their supplier' who says that they "will be coming soon, and that the beta won't be starting until mid-December so there's plenty of time".
3) If you haven't received an order confirmation email don't worry. They had that many hits their "email system couldn't cope" (not sure if that's just Richard's interpretation of what happened)
4) I asked him how many Collector's Editions they had sold, but he couldn't find out - he thought a few hundred.

Not a lot of info, but hope this helps worried pre-orderers!

the game website actually says the the beta kits are sold out now :/

Ordered mine last night but im hoping they'll send me a key and maybe ill be able to dl the beta instead...
