Abit AT7 MAX2 - £60 + £8 P&P
specs can be found here (http://www.abit.com.tw/page/uk/motherboard/motherboard_detail.php?pMODEL_NAME=AT7-MAX2&fMTYPE=Socket+A) It supports AthlonXP processers up to a 3000Xp with 333FSB.
Due to the onboard north bridge fan making a lot of noise I have fitted it with a zalman northbridge heatsink.

Zalman Flower Copper Heatsink and Fan - £15 + £4 P&P
Simler to this one (http://www.zalman.co.kr/eng/product/view.asp?idx=33&code=005009010) Supports all socket A CPU's on full speed and up to a 2700XP on silent mode (turned down)

I also have an Acousticase C6606 (http://www.quietpc.com/uk/cases.php#acc6606) and a QTechnology Ultra-Quiet ATX PSU 300W (http://www.quietpc.com/uk/psu.php#qtechnology) for sale I don't know how much postage would be for these items because of the weight the case is very heavy due to the sound proofing and the build of the case. Collection would be ideal really for these or meet half way. the case is also fited with quiet 92mm and 80mm fans. I'm looking at around £80 for both.

And finally I have a Sony E220 17" Flatscreen CRT Monitor for sale. Some information can be found here (http://www.sony-cp.com/en/products/archive/e220/) its supports 1280x1024 at 75Hz and 1600x1200 at 60hz. 0.26 dot pitch. Its an excellent screen I no longer have room for it so I need to sell it. Looking at around £80 for it. Also like above size and weight make it collection or meet half way.

basically the heatsink itself is mounted on as usually, and the big 92mm fan is mounted onto that metal bar so that it hovers over the heatsink, the bar is attached via the expansion slots screw holes.
IF your follow the link there is a movie explaining it though.
