Is there a ADSL modem with ethernet point and USB print server built in?

If not, anyone know of any decent ADSL modem which isn't USB.

non-USB modem try the Netgear DM602 ... did the job for me before it was replaced by my combined switch/modem/WAP

Look at ADSLguide.org.uk ... see if they have anything which fits your needs ... good impartial reviews by people who know their stuff ... usually a decent test period as well ... they don't write their articles in a day like some I've seen.
