New Company Layout *Warning large graphic*

Ive just started developing a new company layout, its not going to bad so far, just want some opinions.

Mainly in the main section, how i should layout it out, I've started the right menu boxes but it all seems abit too done too me.
Thinking of going abit more complex, maybe following a similar route to my second layout for a Final Fantasy website which i have also attached.

Any recommendations?

How much say in the design do you get? Two things come to mind:

- It's very bright. (My eyes hurt :))

- A palm tree seems like a strange logo for a company which goes to prague and tallinn.

You're right, boxes down the side has been done to death, but it's a neat and simple, and people like familiar things.

They wanted bright, nothing much ai can do :(
